Alison is an Executive Coach with two decades of experience working with
organisations in the private, public and charity sector. She coaches leaders and
their teams to perform to their best potential in every system they serve.  She
believes that performance and results are sustainable only when supported by
individual and organisational health.

In Alison’s first career she held senior commercial and marketing roles in Associated
British Foods, Grand Metropolitan, and Information Resources.

Alison enjoys camping, spending time with her large extended family, being active
and outdoors. Having brought three children up in Wokingham she is keen to support
the community that Citizens Advice Wokingham serve.
