The Local Leadership Team hold delegated duties as directed by the board of trustees, and are responsible for the day to day operations, ensuring that the service develops a competent proactive workforce that is responsive, collaborative and able to continue to develop and learn to support the community we serve.

Our small team of 19 staff and 50 volunteers are committed to giving high quality client centred advice and information and all have a commitment to equality and diversity. They come from a wide range of backgrounds with overwhelming transferable experience from various disciplines, we are extremely lucky to have such a committed and dynamic team.
