We offer an assessment service by telephone. This is provided via Citizens Advice Adviceline of which we are a member.
The assessment interview will take about 10 minutes and we will agree with you the next step. This could be providing information straight away or agreeing that you need further help. In this case we will book a mutually convenient time for you to come in and advise what paperwork you need to bring with you.
