David worked at 3M Company Bracknell, after 15 years on their Management Board running several of their UK and Ireland Business groups he moved to the Head of Strategy, Marketing and Government Affairs for the company, he then set up his own company working with SMEs on Strategy and Marketing.

He has also worked in the public sector as Vice Chairman Wokingham Clinical Commissioning Group, Chairman of the Economic Development and Skills Committee for Bracknell Forest Local Authority, Director of Thames Valley Local Enterprise Partnership and more recently Chairman of Optalis Ltd.

David has had several positions in the voluntary sector including  Chairman South East Region Business in the Community and Trustee More Arts Wokingham.
