Meet our Staff
Jake works closely with our Board of Trustees to lead the charity in delivering important work across Wokingham.
His background is in local Government and the charity sector, working in the fields of mental health, equality and tackling social isolation.
Advice Services Manager (Interim)
Claire is responsible for leading our fantastic team of volunteers and handful of staff delivering our advice and information services across the borough.
Previously, Claire was our lead Supervisor managing the Woodley office of Citizens Advice Wokingham
Sue De Quidt
Sue manages the back office functions of our charity and leads on our fundraising work. She also leads our great team of volunteer admin support and receptionists.
Sue has a background in teaching and local Government and was a volunteer adviser at Citizens Advice Wokingham before taking on this role.
Nicky manages our training functions, bringing in new volunteers and helping them grown and learn to become assessors and advisers. Nicky also leads on our monthly development days, helping to support all of our team.

Debt Advice Supervisor
Sue is our longest serving member of staff! She leads on our Debt advice work, ensuring we provide important advice, information and support to people in debt – taking on a small caseload of complex cases.
Sue also leads our new Council Tax arrears project, working closely with the borough council to support people in debt.
Anna is our Community Adviser working in the Gorse Ride & St Sebastian’s areas. Jaki’s role is to engage with local residents to help support them with their problems, out in the community.
Jasmine works closely with Sue, our Office Manager. Supporting with our obligations to report back on projects to our funders, promoting our services and supporting our fundraising efforts.
Prior to taking on this role, Jasmine was one of our volunteer receptionists for six months.
Universal Support Telephone & Webchat Adviser
Mike is our Help to Claim Telephone & Webchat Adviser. Mike’s role is to support clients via telephone and webchat with Universal Credit queries.
Advice Session Supervisor
Anna is one of our Advice Session Supervisors. Anna supports our team in delivering day-to-day advice and information services at one of our offices.
Prior to joining Citizens Advice Wokingham, Anna worked at Citizens Advice Reading as an Adviser.
Advice Session Supervisor
Vayik is one of our Advice Session Supervisors. Vayik supports our team in delivering day-to-day advice and information services across both of our offices, splitting his days across Wokingham & Woodley.
Prior to joining Citizens Advice Wokingham, Vayik worked for another Local Citizens Advice and a Debt Advice charity.
